Ms Zhao Yun, commented at the agreement-signing ceremony, "The signing of this agreement will create a win-win situation by combining the competitive advantages and resources of both sides, with a view to achieving greater economic benefits, enhancing competitiveness and increasing market share. We select DTZ as our strategic partner since there is a good fit between the complementary strengths of both companies."

Jonathan Wei, in his remarks, added, "We really appreciate Suning's trust in us with the signing of this milestone agreement, demonstrating their recognition of DTZ's substantial global client resources and our OSG team's strong performance and consistent delivery of superior services in all parts of China. We look forward to fruitful cooperation and to our relationship attaining a new, higher level."

Tony Yang, Assistant General Manager, Nanjing office, said, "Our Office Agency, Valuation & dvisory Services as well as Industrial and Logistics Properties teams have previously served Suning by providing a range of professional services, including initial project consulting, feasibility studies and project positioning for the client's development projects in Suzhou and Nanjing.

"Our Nanjing office and Shanghai office's OSG team have collaborated seamlessly with the client for the past six months, culminating in our second round of cooperation with Suning, as marked by our entrance into this strategic agreement. With this stronger relationship in place, we are confident of providing even more customized services to the client by leveraging our robust client resources and leasing expertise."

Harris Tong, General Manager, Nanjing office, commented, "The signing of this agreement will create synergy and value for both companies. As a leading property developer in Nanjing and with a range of development projects in Jiangsu, Suning has a considerable need for real estate consultancy services, and this will generate a stream of business opportunities for us.

"Our OSG team, leveraging their expertise and extensive connections, are well-positioned to introduce highly-regarded occupiers to the client's projects, and in particular Suning Smart City, a large-scale mixed-use development project in Gulou district, Nanjing. This improved occupier portfolio will strengthen Suning’s reputation both in Jiangsu Province, as well as elsewhere in China."

Mimie Lau, Managing Director, East China, concluded with the statement, "With a wide retail distribution network for electronics products in China, Suning is a well-known brand which will underpin their expansion into the real estate industry, and in particular the commercial real estate sector. This agreement will broaden the scope of our cooperation not just in Nanjing and East China, but across all parts of China."
